Mondo's bread is another fresh food product. All of the breads served at Mondo's are made from organic flours using 170-year-old starter from Germany. Our chefs pay meticulous attention to the breads they bake to ensure that the crumb (or interior) of the breads is elastic and the crust is chewy and delicious.
