We use only Grade A jumbo chicken wings prepared with your choice of traditional buffalo sauce or Louisiana BBQ. Served with bleu cheese and celery.
SHRIMP MESSINA
Ten Fresh Gulf shrimp sautéed with fresh tomatoes in a garlic rosemary wine sauce. Served with grilled garlic toast.
ROASTED RED PEPPER, SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP
Baby spinach, artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper and asiago cheese. Served with hand-cut tortillas.
Soups and Salads
TORTILLA SOUP
Spicy tomato broth with chicken, topped with fried corn tortilla strips, sour cream, avocado, cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro.
CALAMARI SALAD
Fresh mixed greens, Jack and Cheddar cheeses finished with grilled calamari and tossed in a hot tomato caper sauce.
ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD
Grilled chicken breast coated with sesame seeds and tossed in Honey-Soy Dijon with organic greens, daikon, mandarin oranges and julienne vegetables. Garnished with crisp fried oriental noodles.
GRILLED PORTOBELLO SALAD
Portobello mushroom, sliced button mushrooms, wild rice and roasted sweet peppers with assorted greens, sided with light zesty lemon caper vinaigrette and roasted roma tomato. Topped with Gorgonzola cheese and croutons.

CHICKEN JIMICHANGA
Marinated chicken breast, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses stuffed in a flour tortilla and fried crisp. Then topped with salsa de queso. Served with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, black beans and salsa.

Grilled chicken breast finished in a silky Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, cream and butter. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Ground sirloin burger cooked, as you like, then topped with a creamy mushroom sauce with a hint of Serrano pepper.

Cajun spiced chicken breast sliced and tossed with sautéed mushrooms and onion, then finished with melted cheddar cheese on a hoagie roll.
GRILLED PORK LOIN
Pork loin broiled to perfection and finished with sautéed onions and mushrooms on Ciabatta. Served with garlic-mashed potatoes.
PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM SANDWICH
