A south pacific tradition! Black beans slowly simmered and seasoned just right. Served with peas, onion, sour cream and salsa.
RICE AND BEAN SALAD
A tantalizing blend of black beans and wild rice tossed with tomato-vinaigrette, mixed greens, Jicama, jack cheese, corn and cilantro. Finished with tortilla strips, tomato and red onion.

A hearty Portobello mushroom cap sautéed and topped with roasted peppers, red onion, tomato, spinach and goat cheese on Ciabatta. Served with a house salad.
THE "PRIME" FRENCH DIP
Prime rib of beef sliced thin and topped with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions and melted Swiss cheese on lightly toasted baguette. Served with fries and au jus for dippin.
