    Appetizers

    BUFFALO WING
    One pound of fried wings tossed in our won spicy cayenne pepper sauce and served up with bleu cheese, carrots and celery.

    MUSSELS
    Eighteen succulent steamed mussels with crushed tomatoes, garlic, shallots, wine, fresh rosemary and butter. Served with garlic toast.

    ROASTED RED PEPPER, SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP
    Baby spinach, artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper and asiago cheese. Served with hand-cut tortillas.

    Soups and Salads

    TORTILLA SOUP
    Spicy tomato broth with chicken, topped with fried corn tortilla strips, sour cream, avocado, cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro.

    SMOKED SALMON SALAD
    Our house-smoked Atlantic salmon on a bed of organic greens tossed in Lemon-Caper Vinaigrette with caramelized onions, Chevre cheese, cucumber and roma tomatoes.

    ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD
    Grilled chicken breast coated with sesame seeds and tossed in Honey-Soy Dijon with organic greens, daikon, mandarin oranges and julienne vegetables. Garnished with crisp fried oriental noodles.

    ROTISSERIE CHICKEN
    One half herb-roasted chicken cooked on the spit, tender and juicy. Served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of redskin mashed potatoes or black beans.

    CHICKEN MARSALA
    Grilled chicken breast finished in a silky Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, cream and butter. Served with redskin mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

    ATLANTIC SALMON
    Fresh salmon wood grilled and topped with lemon caper cream sauce. Served with wild rice pilaf and fresh vegetables.

    THE TENDERLOIN FILET MIGNON
    The king of steaks! A generous center cut of beef tenderloin charbroiled and finished with our famous fresh herb butter. Served with red skin mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

    PORTOBELLO WITH CAPPELLINI
    Angel hair with wood grilled Portobello mushrooms, fresh baby spinach, pine nuts, Gorgonzola cheese and sliced white mushrooms.

    LASAGNA: Lasagna noodles layered with ricotta, Italian sausage and fresh herbs. Topped with marinara sauce and fresh basil.

    SPINACH RAVIOLI
    Fresh spinach ravioli stuffed with herbed ricotta cheese and spinach. Finished with light lemon-dill cream sauce and grilled shrimp.

    RADIATORI WITH BROCCOLI
    Grilled shrimp and Radiatori tossed with fresh broccoli, basil pesto, spinach leaves, diced tomatoes and Gorgonzola cheese.

    MONDO CHICKEN
    Gilled breast of chicken finished with our famous Mondo sauce of creamy mushrooms and a hint of Serrano pepper.

    GRILLED PORK LOIN
    Pork loin cooked to perfection on our wood fired grill, finished with sautéed onions and mushrooms on Focaccia. Served with red skin Parmesan peppercorn mashed potatoes.

    CAJUN CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK
    Blackened chicken breast strips on Focaccia with sautéed mushrooms and onions, topped with cheddar cheese.

    House Favorites

    QUESADILLAS
    A large flour tortilla stuffed with black beans, cheddar and Jack cheeses and your choice of chicken, veggies, prime rib or shrimp. Served with chipotle sour cream, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

    CHICKEN JIMICHANGA
    Marinated chicken breast, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese stuffed in a giant flour tortilla and fried crisp. Then topped with salsa de queso. Served with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, black beans, salsa and chipotle sour cream

    OATMEAL PIE
    Our own special homemade pie has crispy oatmeal and sweet brown sugar served warm for a surprising taste treat. Served warm with 2 scoops of cinnamon ice cream.

    TRIPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE SLICE
    Chocolate almond brownie topped with milk, white and dark chocolate mousse.

    TIRAMISU
    Ladyfingers soaked in espresso and Marsala wine layered between mascarpone cheeses.
